If you are attending class for the first time, please contact Ben ahead of time to let him know to expect you. Proper attire for classes should be comfortable loose-fitting clothes. Outdoor classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays are weather dependent. Bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable shoes for the Tuesday and Saturday classes is also a good idea.
Workshops
March 2010 ILC Workshop - The spring NC I-Liq Chuan workshop with Master Sam F.S. Chin is scheduled for the weekend of March 19-21, 2010. This year Sifu Chin will also teach a separate advanced topic session Friday afternoon on March 19th.
