| Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30 p.m | All levels ILC class at 2904 Hillsborough Rd, Durham (park and enter from rear of building). Contact Ben for help with finding the location. |
| Sundays, 10a.m.-12p.m. | All levels ILC class at Triangle Aikido. |
| Private Lessons | Contact Ben to schedule a lesson. |
If you are attending class for the first time, please contact Ben ahead of time to let him know to expect you. Proper attire for classes is comfortable loose-fitting clothes.
